For patients interested in extended payment plans we offer flexible-, low-, or no-interest financing through CareCredit. If this interests you, please contact our office at 972-540-0605.
As a courtesy to you, we accept benefit payments from most insurance companies. Our office will bill your insurance company for you. This will reduce your immediate, out-of-pocket expenditures. Our office will provide your insurance company with necessary documents and X-rays at no extra charge.
Insurance coverage is only an estimation. Guarantor is responsible for all treatment not covered by the insurance.
